• Abstract:

  Background information: The thiazolic nucleus is found in a number of anticancer natural products, specifically in the 2-amino-1,3-thiazolic cyclic peptides.
  Aims: In view of this, we designed a congeneric series of 1,3-thiazolic compounds, where these compounds feature a hydrazone and benzodioxole fragments.
